Our stay was everything you would hope it would be staying at a beautiful 5 star resort. The room was comfortable, beautifully appointed with upscale furnishings and the most comfortable bed. The room was very clean, linens were so comfortable and cozy. It was a good thing because we couldn't grt the heat to work, the room stayed between 59-61 degrees. Our second room we also had the water faucet in the shower fell off, took maintenance 15plus minutes to shut off. Upon check in,we were told 1 room was ready and the second was almost ready. We opted.to wait for both. An hour passed and still no.word. A different front desk person then said neither room were ready. Then told had to wait until 4pm. This was not the experience i would have expected from such an exclusive property, especially during off season.

Lovely October stay, perfect weather and great accommodations. The common areas are perfect for slowing down and enjoying a good book and a drink by the fire.Only complaint, $42 for breakfast buffet seems excessive to me.

One of the best resorts I've ever stayed
