Very dirty, wall peeling and crumbling. Carpet and sheets stained and torn. Broken drawers. Breakfast was average. Eggs were powdered. Coffee was hot but terrible tasting. Only things offered at the Coffee bar was black tea, sugar, Splenda and half n half.

Staff was rude, place was rundown and gross. I had feces on my bathroom wall, blood on my pillow case and pillow. Air barely worked. Reviews were high so I thought it would be too. But I will never go back!

The rooms and hallways are in desperate need of an overhaul. The first room we got, the toilet didn’t work, the 2nd room was sorely in need of an upgrade. Peeling plaster in the bathroom, and took the tv about 10 minutes to boot up.

The maintenance of this hotel was lacking. Just in our room the mirror was very crooked, sink faucet loose, shower leaked more above the shower head than what came out the head, and the coffee maker didn't work.

COCKROACHES COCKROACHS told the lady coming off the elevator they had COCKROACHES and her response was “ALWAYS EVERYDAY” if I wanted roaches and bed bugs I’d take myself to an hourly hotel and pay for that fine experience

The elevators and hall ways were nasty . Lady was passed out in hall way . Shady people walking around the parking lot at all hours . Rooms were stained. Corners dirty and ceilings had tissue stuck to it. Just Nasty! Never again .

Chattanooga Halfway Travel Stop was Great
I felt like we were taking a chance given some of the reviews. Happy to report we had a great night's sleep in a mostly clean room (better vacuum and prior soap bar still in the shower) and breakfast was served in a clean room with normal lodging fare. The surrounding area seemed safe for our stopover (DC to Bossier City). The Quality Inn is in a beautiful building and great location for cross country travelers needing to stop for the night. Staff were friendly. Elevator fast and operational (buttons did not light up but still stopped on our floor). I wrote up criticism,  but they are given an excellent rating because the price was fantastic. If you get it at a great price, does not seem fair to rate it poorly. Ignore those reviews,  unless items worn from use bother you dearly. We would definitely book again,  especially if the price was right. BTW, Murphy Gas and Walmart right behind them for quick items to get back on the road.

It was fine overall but the hotel was very dirty and falling apart. The lights in the lobby were fluttering the whole weekend, the walls are filthy, and the floors were dirty. My room had dirt in the corner of the bathroom.

I booked two rooms, mainly for the indoor heated pool. Both rooms had mold in the restroom and near the windows. Noticeable water damage was on the ceiling. The pool had a nasty greasy film floating on top of the water my daughter wasn’t able to go swimming. 20 minutes after arriving I tried leaving and getting refunded to go elsewhere but was unable to because I booked through Expedia. We stuck it out and stayed away from the hotel as long as possible.

Needs lots of repairs
Looks good from the outside. Inside, not so good. Needs cleaning, painting, new carpet, elevator does not work, lots of miscellaneous items in disrepair.

This hotel absolutely gets "fleabag" status. Everything from finishings to furniture throughout was stained and destroyed and in need of replacement.

Elevator was broken with elderly person in our party and we were on the 4th floor. Electrocuted by the fan switch. Eggs were gross. No bacon. Coffee was bad.
