“Outstanding property, location, team, everything ”

“우연히 가본 곳인데 가격대비 만족스러운 곳이었습니다. 일층방을 배정받았는데 방문 앞에 풀이 있어서 특별한 경험이었습니다. 다른 호텔룸과는 다른 구조로 되어 있어서 특별했지만 소소한 소품들이 완비되어 있지 않아서 조금은 불편했던 듯 했으며 1박후 2박으로 연장했는데 수건교체도 안해주고 그냥 말려놓는게 아쉬웠습니다.”

“Can’t recommend this hotel enough. We had such a lovely stay. The rooms were huge and the balcony was a huge added plus. Everyone working there was so friendly and went out of their way to help us. The location is beyond perfect- it’s super safe and walkable to the V&A and Oranjezicht market. Some reviewers negatively compared it to the neighboring Queen Victoria hotel, but we actually preferred how close the Dockhouse is to the pool area. “lovely aparthotel centrally based surrounded by various dining options & convienence shops decent size room , good wifi , nice hot shower, big enough size fridge , microwave & hob in the room good size & comfy bed cleaning staff excellent reception staff very professional & helpful area around the aparthotel allegedly a bit sketchy at night but i experienced no problems would definitely use residency again if i stay in the central area of cape town ”
