Depending on where you're coming from, your flight to Pedace could be a breeze or it could drag on forever. We've pulled together some handy hints that will help you start your next great adventure on the right foot. What to pack in your hand luggage:
- Traveling on a plane can be a cruisy experience if you pack the right things. Firstly, you'll want a few basic toiletry items, such as deodorant and a toothbrush, a clean set of clothes and a good novel. Secondly, find a spot in your carry-on bag for your phone and charger, your medications and perhaps a blow-up neck pillow too. Lastly, and most importantly, be sure to bring your passport, travel documents and some cash.
Do not pack the following items in your hand luggage:
- Leave all your full-sized bottles of shampoo and hairspray in your checked baggage. Any gels or liquids in your carry-on bag larger than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) won't be allowed on. Sharp objects, like a pocket knife, and dangerous goods which are flammable or explosive, such as aerosol cans, flares and fuels, are also not allowed.
What to wear on a flight:
- Your main priority is to be as comfortable as possible. Pick shoes that are easy to slip on and off, dress in loose, breathable clothing and remember to take a pullover in case you get cold in the cabin.
- Deep vein thrombosis (DVT), a blood clot condition caused by extended periods of inactivity, can be a risk on long-haul flights. Walk around the cabin and give your legs a stretch or do some simple exercises in your seat to improve your circulation.
