One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. This hotel was a huge disappointment. The price is completely out of proportion to what it actually offers. The hotel looks much better in the photos on the website than it does in reality, and the overall experience did not come close to what I expected or what I paid for. But the biggest problem was the staff and the way we were treated when we arrived. The person who checked us in was extremely unfriendly. He did not even say good evening or make any effort to welcome us. From the very first moment, his attitude was cold, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Even worse, he initially tried to give us a room that was not the room we had reserved. When I questioned him, he told me that the hotel was full. I had made my reservation four months in advance, so I explained that this was not an acceptable reason to give me a different room from the one I had paid for. After I stood my ground and explained that I expected the hotel to honor my reservation, only five minutes later he gave me the room I had originally booked. That made the situation even more disappointing because it showed that the room was apparently available after all. I have stayed in hotels in many different countries around the world, and this was honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The combination of the price, the difference between the website photos and reality, and especially the terrible customer service made this stay

Really loved our stay at the Pan Pacific, the team there are so welcoming and more than happy to assist you with anything. I would happily recommend many to upgrade their stay to include the Pacific Club lounge as it was the best part of the experience staying at Pan Pacific.
