My family spent Christmas here. The staff and the atmosphere made it feel like home. We have stayed here before and could not say enough good things about it. I was able to cook a big dinner and we enjoyed being close to Busch Gardens where we went daily.

Wonderful stay clean and close to everything. They have breakfast and social time with free ice cream. Super nice rooms and walkable to anything needed. Very safe area

Good Williamsburg hotel

Very good location for Williamsburg activities and restaurants. Shows aging and needed attention to upkeep…damaged refrigerator, ceiling shows edges of wallboard, etc. Very expensive for the quality. Breakfast is quite average even by US restaurant standards.

Nice big room!

Nice big room, but the amenities were lacking. Had to ask for more towels, kitchen towels, liquid dish soap, and a television remote. The staff was very accommodating, but it would have been nice to have those things in the room already. The kitchen was sparsely furnished compared to other RIs. The hotel is older, but overall I liked the location, the large room layout, and would stay there again.
