River Canyon Lodge

"The lodge was in a great location. The room was clean, but SMALL. It was listed as a petite king and it was definitely petite. We had been traveling for over four weeks and had some luggage as well as laundry. We managed to find a space for everything and it was tight. There was a coin operated laundry around the corner which was one reason I booked the property to begin with. The only negative thing would be the fitted sheet on the bed. It seemed to be well worn-to the point there were pills on it; much like a old sweater. This made the sheet feel a little rough to the touch. We stayed in many hotels over the four week period and none of them had this happening with the sheet. I’ve never had a sheet that I’ve owned do this. Other than this, the lodge was nice."

"Room was large & clean for the most part. Around & under the console that held the cute fridge & microwave needed a good vacuuming. Staff was helpful when asked a question. It was so convenient to have parking right in front of the room. Not many restaurant options in town but we liked having breakfast at High Desert Cafe. Liked the retro vibe of the Atomic Blue a lot."

"Loved our stay here. Very convenient. Would stay here again, but would definitely get a hit with the kitchen as I like to cook our breakfast and dinners. Plenty of room for the three of us and loved that it had separate bathrooms and bedrooms."
