Everything pretty good. They are in process of the hvac units in each room. Mine was new unit but poor install with gaps letting air and LOTS OF NOISE in.

The room was wonderful. Clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel is convenient to the bus which is right across the street going toward center city. There is a convenient store one block down around the corner, and restaurants a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel.
