โThe hotel was really nice. The pool and gym is open late but front desk needs to watch for kids that use the pool. During my stay there were unsupervised kids running and playing in the pool area, I notified front desk but the lady only smile and didnโt do anything โ
โWe stayed for three nights, but housekeeping was only provided once, and the front desk staff did not greet guests as they passed by, which was disappointing.โ
โWe had a king suite with a sofa bed, separate bedroom and full kitchen, including stove, dishwasher and full fridge. The room was clean and well-supplied with kitchen items like dishes, cups and utensils. All for a price similar to smaller units in some other local hotels. This made our week long stay very comfortable. There was a full hot and cold breakfast buffet, with different hot foods daily. Thus was delicious! Our teen enjoyed the basketball court, pool and workout room too. โ
โOn our trip from TX to PA we stayed at 5 different hotels. The Residence Inn at King of Prussia was the best by far. The room is well appointed, immaculate, comfortable, quiet, and has everything in the kitchen that one would need. There are outside grills for cooking; a clean and adequate size pool; and lovely outside seating. I am a very โpickyโ mom re: hotels for my family. I highly recommend this facility. When we return to PA for another visit, I will choose this one again! And, NO, I am...
โOut stay here was nothing short of fantastic. I must say the breakfast was really good they just need more help with larger crowds. Otherwise no complaints! Our room was very clean and had plenty of amenities available. Pool is small but itโs there, thin walls but it isnโt the worst. I would stay here again! Customer service also is very goodโ
