“The experience can be divided in two parts.
Part A-First day, Friday night
Terrible room, cigarette odor, bathroom door won’t open, A/C was noisy at night and was hard to sleep. Front desk response was a disaster. No other room, no solution for the door, limited air deodorizer and no solution for the A/C room.
Part B, Saturday morning
Much better response from the front desk. Got a new room, normal bathroom door, good working A/C.
Overall, average experience, not typical Hilton.”
