Overall, the property was clean and well-maintained. I really liked that the rooms had no carpet, which made the space feel cleaner and more comfortable. The room itself was generally clean, although there were a few hairs in the shower. The bed sheets were quite scratchy and made the bed feel a little itchy/uncomfortable, so that could definitely be improved. The staff was professional, but the service felt somewhat minimal and lacked the warmth and welcoming hospitality I would expect from a hotel stay. A little more friendliness and engagement would have made the experience much better. Overall, the property was clean and I appreciated the carpet-free rooms, but there are a few areas where the comfort and guest experience could be improved. Super close to shops and King Of Prussia mall which is a plus.

Price was reasonable, breakfast was better than expected, and room was clean. Parking was easy. My only complaint is that the mattress in our room was rather old and squeaky. Overall, it was a great stay!

Generally stay was good, and I give it a 4 star. When we checked in, they gave us a room which wasn’t cleaned. Ok, no problem mistakes happen, but we had to wait for quite a while to get the situation straightened out…..so I went to the bathroom…..This might not be the hotels fault, but people love to blow their nose in the sink, which I have no clue why, but they left copious snots shotgunned into the sink, all over…. The breakfast was ok, and quite adequate for the price we paid. The room was very clean and maintained well. Smelled good! I’ll chalk this up to a bad day.
