“Absolutely amazing experience staying in this B&B. The owners were accommodating and even provided a tour of the home for us while we stayed. We received a "Sanitation" kit which included masks, sanitizer, gloves, etc for our use. Home cooked breakfast was delightful and better than you would get at any diner in the area (we know, we've been to most of them). The rooms were immaculate, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was almost spa-like with the standalone bathtub and night light mood...

“Beautiful and welcoming. The entire property is managed with care and the hosts are lovely. The craftsmanship of the wood and tile in the house were artful and the decor showed a lifetime of travel. We really felt like guests, not customers. ”

“The house is lovely. Brian was an excellent and attentive host. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was recently remodeled. There were snacks and wine, tea, and water available in the evening. Because the room I was in did not have an en suite bathroom (although the bathroom was private), bathrobes were provided. I understand that most rooms in the house have en suite bathrooms. Limited parallel parking was available on the street at night; daytime parking was limited to 2 hours from 9 am...

“Très jolie Maison, dans un quartier très agréable. Une décoration à l’ancienne vraiment très belle. Nous étions 2 couples. Nous avons réservé un étage avec deux chambres mais attention une seule salle de bain mais nous étions au courant. L’accueil était très agréable, la patronne a l’air vite débordée quand même. Je n’ai pas spécialement apprécié que l’on nous propose d’aller prendre le petit déjeuner ailleurs, car la table était pleine. Cependant, ça reste un très bon séjour.”

“Marcy and Walt are wonderful hosts and always available to answer questions. They made us feel right at home from the start. Their home as well as the setting is very peaceful and relaxing but in close proximity to all area attractions. Breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious. This historic home is very clean and comfortable. We highly recommend it.”

“Wonderful location at this historic building. The host is very friendly and helpful. The shower was excellent in the private bathroom. Coffee maker and toaster in the room was so greatly appreciated. Bagels,bread and cereal were also provided. Lovely old world charm. Very comfortable!”

“I loved learning the history of the property and the upgrades giving it the comfort one desires in a hotel room. As a business traveler, I truly appreciated the ability to make my room/apartment my home base for the multiple days that I was in Philadelphia.”

“Very good accommodations for the price. Convenient, clean, modern, comfortable. However, 2 issues -- 1 minor and 1 that might impact a return visit. The minor issue was that the shower curtain was torn and didn't prevent water from getting all over the bathroom. The second issue was the tremendous noise coming from Juniper Street on both nights. There was partying going on outside until 3:00 in the morning, and the noise level was unbearable -- worthy of police intervention.”

“The 2 bedroom suite room was huge. Plenty of space for 4 people! The breakfast was not very good and the fitness room had just 2 treadmills. But the beds were super comfortable. Looked like a lot of work was being done on the property but once inside the room very nice and clean. Excellent value if you are looking for bed and bathroom. ”
