"Great location for walking around Old City, and over to Reading Terminal Market. We lucked out and got to check in very early. Also lucky to get a room on the hall that doesn't open out to the atrium, which can get quite loud."

"The hotel is very nice. However there is a outdoor nightclub right behind the hotel. The music and bass was like you were at a nightclub right in your room. We went there to get a good night sleep before our basketball tournament. We slept maybe 3 hours due to all the loud music. The bass was shaking the room until 2 am. We have been trying to reach the hotel but nobody answers"

"Place is very nice and a perfect location. It’s not 5 star so if you don’t pay that kind of money a great place to stay. Vallet parking expensive and not very organized!"

"Was not impressed with DoubleTree. The room was out dated, musty and smelled of mold. We asked to be relocated but the hotel was sold out due to Penn Relay. The staff was pleasant and requested housekeeping to vacuum the carpet. But the smell returned. Buffet breakfast was ok but not much variety if staying multiple days. Next year we will return to Embassy Suites. "

"Stay was great until we tried to check out of the breakfast buffet which was was paid for on Expedia. The staff argued that we didn’t pay and we couldn’t see it separated on the Expedia receipt. We later found it in another page on Expedia after they charged us for the breakfast again. Now I have to spend time disputing the charge, which is inconvenient and annoying."

"The location of this hotel was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The staff was very friendly and helpful.The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean enough but getting quite run down. There was paint peeling badly on the window frame and there were holes all over the light blocking curtains. The top of the ice bucket was rusted and they didn’t even have a cover for the tissue box. The room didn’t feel nice enough to be in a Wyndham hotel. For the price we should have at least gotten an ice bucket that wasn’t rusted! "

"Like the fact that I had to use my room key to activate the elevator, very good for security.. The soap had a great mint smell .Override we enjoyed our stay at the Motto hotel . One minor fault, no parking."
