The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Additionally, the attached restaurant was excellent and made dining so convenient. All in all, it was a flawless experience."

"Staff went above and beyond to help us find our way around campus. The gluten free bagels and bread in the morning were really good! The room was clean, the air conditioner worked well, and the toiletries provided were very helpful as I forgot my toothbrush and make-up remover. Wide array of TV channels and easy to navigate TV. Great information provided in a binder of the amenities, restaurants, and surrounding area. So convenient for a parent with a teenager attending college or summer pre-college course at UMass. Would highly recommend!"
