I booked this hotel again is due to my good experience 2 years ago when it was new - good room size and fixtures, friendly staff, nice poor and well-managed on everything.
But it really disappointed me this time:
1. Dust bin was uncleared when I checked in
2. No complimentary water on day of check in, but provided 4 bottles on the following day. End up charged me the mineral water in the fridge which I took it on the day one with thinking of complimentary.
3. Clearness of the room is bad, slippers are old and dirty
4. Wardrobe interior is very run-down
5. Internet is slow and I had to use my mobile 4G
