A cute hotel in a quiet part of the old town. Staff were very friendly, the bed was comfortable and we had a lovely balcony to sit outside on. Would recommend and stay again the next time we’re in Chiang Mai
Quirky looking and unique. Small swimming pool and outdoor area great to enjoy the outside. Room kwas lovely. Wifi was bad in most areas which disappointing.
We stayed in the family villa- so much space, and the kids were beside themselves with how charming the entire place was. The front desk staff was especially helpful and patient in helping us figure out how to navigate the area and call taxis. (They recommended the Grab app, which we then found super helpful throughout our stay in Thailand). I enjoyed having coffee on the upper patio each morning! The location was good- set back on a quieter street but easily walkable, a good base for all our activities in Chiang Mai.
Right across the street there was a small laundry mat to wash your own clothes. Breakfast was delicious and that staff were incredibly nice. The hotel is incredibly charming.
Property was well kept and staff was very helpful, I recommend this property to anyone if you visit Chiang Mai, also there are a few good restaurantes near plus walking distance to some Temples.
Great boutique hotel in the middle of Old City, a short stroll to the Thapae Walking street ( Sunday Markets) as well as the many beautiful temples in the area. Close also to a couple of 7 -11's as well as cafes and restaurants. Staff were great and the accommodations were very comfortable!
We loved staying at the Le Charcoa. It is a quaint boutique hotel. Very quiet neighborhood and easily accessible to restaurants. The staff is soo very friendly. I can’t wait to go back to Chiang Mai and stay here again.
This chaing mia boutique hotel makes you feel like youre living in a small mountain retreat. It features an adorable pool with a small restaurant overlooking the courtyards. And if you look closely you'll find it lord of the rings themed.
This is a charming hotel with gracious, friendly and helpful staff. While in the old town, it is down a small street, so it is quiet and you wake to birdsong and not street traffic. Being in the old town, it is within easy walking distance of many temples, night markets and dining/shopping areas. We would definitely stay here again.
Absolutely loved this place. It’s affordable, clean, spacious. The breakfast is in a beautiful terrace. It has a nice pool. Staff is super friendly and helpful.
The location in old town is perfect as a base if you like going around at daytime.
Quiet at night.
Will definitely stay here again next year!
Quirky looking hotel . Staff excellent and polite . Room was clean with excellent air con . Breakfast was average . Price was very reasonable . Easy walking distance to all the local attractions.
Cute small hotel. Nice small pool with 4 loungers and a table and jacuzzi. Very local and convenient to cafes and restaurants and massages and temples such as Wat Phra Sing. Nice staff. Decent and clean rooms, the bed was a bit hard but other than that very nice hotel.
Wonderful staff… super people. Good location, comfortable, and quiet. Bathroom a bit small but I was OK with it.

Due to the location, we had a lot of problems with the mosquitos around the hotel. The A/C also made really loud noises, which made it hard to fall asleep.
Room was nice and tidy.

Quiet nice hotel.
Not a good location, can be pretty quiet if you try walking back to the hotel and is far from main road. But is a beautiful classic hotel, small and compare room with everythings you needed in it. Friendly staff and very helpful when in need.
This hotel was lovely! The staff were very kind and the property was very clean and well kept. It is located on a side street on the west side of the Ancient City, which I found to be more quiet than the east side. Wat Phra Singh was a very short walk away. And a 7-11 was very close by too. The hotel has a restaurant on site, which had good food and excellent service.
Very quaint small hotel right in the heart of Chiang Mai's Old City. The small pool is lovely on those hot days after exploring the city. Staff is extremely friendly and the place was spotless. We took advantage of the mini convenience store across from the hotel that also serves as the local bar. We hung out with the locals before or after heading out to dinner.
Absolutely loved the decor and theme of the place.
Service & vibes were great!
Though there are little critters that enter your room from time to time (e.g little lizards & spiders) not sure how that can be prevented as some people are afraid of those.
So clean, even under the bed was spotless with no dust. Reception was always attentive and an absolute delight. Stayed in thailand for 4 weeks and this has been my favorite! Great value for the money. Loved having the ability to watch Netflix on my TV, had a balcony and clean bathroom. Would stay again!
