아주 편안하게 지냈습니다. 다만, 옷장이 없는 것이 제일 아쉬웠고 방음이 조금 부족해서 복도의 소음이 크게 들렸는데 이동네 호텔 대부분이 방음은 부족한 것 같습니다.

조식은 만족, 계단등 보다 청결 필요(머리카락, 먼지등) 방의 위치가 엘리베이터와 계단과 가까워 복도 소음은 어쩔수 없으나 엘리베이터 모터 소리인지 물탱크 펌프소리인지 기계음 가동소리가 수시로 들리는게 아쉬웠음.

4명가족이 4일 숙박하였는데 방2개(2명씩 숙박)가 현관입구에서 연결되는 방이었습니다. 전체적으로 깨끗하고 관리는 잘 되어 있었지만 소음문제가 약간 있었고 옷장이 없어 짐 정리하기가 좀 불편했습니다. 그 외에는 큰 문제는 없었고 위치가 좋아 이동하기 편리했습니다.

타페게이트에서 멀지 않은 거리에 위치해 있고 골목 바로 안쪽에 위치해 있어서 조용하고 깨끗해서 아주 좋았어요 개미나 모기 전혀 없고 직원들도 친절하고 조식도 다양하지는 않지만 먹을만은 합니다 치앙마이 자체가 크지 않기 때문에 그랩 타고 이용이 다 가능해서 청결 위주로 숙소를 잡으신다면 이 호텔을 추천드려요! 님만에서 숙소 잘못 잡았다 비행기 소리와 개미로 인해 고생했던 1인이라 이 호텔이 유난히 좋았습니당^^

전반적으로 깨끗하고 침구류도 푹신하고 좋았어요. 골목안에 있어서 불편할줄 알았는데 위치도 좋았고 치앙마이에 모기 많다고 해서 걱정했는데 모기는 한마리도 못 봤어요.개미는 몇마리 있어요. 컨넥팅 발코니룸에 머물렀는데 룸 컨디션도 괜찮았어요. 다만.조식이 아쉬웠어요 계란.시리얼.몇가지 과일인데 상태도 시들하고 별로였구요 .수영장도 아주 작습니다. 저녁에 와서 잠만자고 잠깐씩 쉬기에는 가성비 대비 좋습니다.

호텔은 굉장히 깨끗하고, 관리도 잘 되어 있는 편입니다. 타패게이트도 멀지 않습니다. 수영장이라기 보다는 아이들(미취학아동) 물놀이용으로 적당합니다. 로비에서 간단한 음료나 스낵(컵라면)을 판매해서 나름 편리합니다. (생맥주를 판매하는데 그건 못 먹어봤네요.)

호텔이 갖추고 있는 CAPA안에서 최선을 다해 서비스 다하는 인상을 받았음. 타패게이트에서 도보 5분거리로 올드타운 관광시 좋은 선택이 될수 있음. 유일한 단점은 다소 좁고 답답한 수영장이지만 아이들에겐 문제안됨.

시설 조식 위치 직원 가격 모든게 완벽합니다.
새 호텔이라 시설면에서 5성짜리 낡은 호텔 룸에서 자는것보다 훨씬 깨끗하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 조식도 생각보다 종류가 다양했습니다 채소, 과일, 빵, 요거트, 죽, 햄, 계란 등 전혀 부족함 없이 4일 동안 조식을 꼬박 챙겨 먹었습니다. 작은 호텔이라 직원들은 손님들을 다 기억해 지나갈때 마다 인사를 하고 필요한것이 없는지 체크해주고 마지막 체크아웃 할때도 호텔에서 부르는 택시가 비싸다고 하니 직접 길가로 나가서 택시까지 잡아주는 친절함까지 보여 줬습니다 그리고 위치또한 걸어서 이동하기가 너무 좋습니다. 특히 올드타운에서 마사지로 가장 유명한 오키드가 바로 옆에 있어서 마사지 받고 바로 꿀잠 잘수 있었습니다. 하지만 가장 중요한것은 이 모든것에 비해 호텔이 저렴하다는 것입니다. 저또한 예약할때 너무 싸서 주저했으나 120% 만족했습니다^^

El hotel es buenisimo! es mucho mas lindo que en las fotos! la ubicación es perfecta, esta muy cerca de una de las puertas de acceso a la ciudad, donde se realiza el mercado nocturno de los domingos. Además es muy accesible para las recogidas de los tours en los alrededores de Chian Mai. El personal super amigable! Lo recomiendo!

Sleep Mai is a Very Nice place to stay. We were there for 7 days. My girlfriend says the pillows are not comfortable. The property is within walking distance to the Sunday Night Market. The breakfast needs to be changed.

I really like the bathroom in my room. It's clean and the shower door doesn't leak. The only thing that the room is missing is closet space and table space. There were no space to hang the hangers and wet towels. They should install a few more hooks or a closet rod for the hangers. Also, having a wall mounted table below the TV would be nice.

I was extending to stay a little longer in Chiangmai so I stay here again. I love this hotel not only the location where I can go everywhere in Chiangmai also the people who work here. They are so friendly and willing to help you everything like book grab car, some tour for me. Bond and Tip are awesome. They are always putting their smile when see me. The room is ao clean and up to day i stay. I definitely recommend this hotel when you stay in Chiangmai.

This was a great small hotel, as it was conveniently located and clean. Loved the small pool area to cool off at the end of the day. Breakfast was fine too.

This hotel is exceptional nice. What i like was location, staffs snd breakfast. Its close by the Tha Phae Gate just 5 minutes walk. Highly recommended when you stay in Chiangma.

Great location next to the old city. Facility was modern and clean, but not much area at the hotel for outside sitting/ relaxing; the lobby and eating area overlooked the pool. Very convenient for walking excursions.

Decent room for the price and very convenient if you want to stay by the Old City area in Chiang Mai. Staff was also helpful in storing luggage after checking out. The surrounding area is quite noisy in the evening, especially if you're sensitive to sounds. Breakfast is pretty basic, I only had it one of the mornings. The pool is a bit small and I didn't see anyone using it.

The hotel is clean, modern, well located, and fairly priced. That should be enough for a least a 4 star review in most cases but this hotel has some easy to fix quirks that really damage the customer experience. In order of importance, #1 no storage space. You simply get a single luggage stand and 2 pegs in the wall with 2 hangers each. There is a large space under the television in the Studio Mai Double room that would easily accommodate a storage cabinet. Instead, customers have to use the desk as storage rendering the desk useless for working. #2 - the pool. The pool is non-functional. You are in a fishbowl with everyone in the hotel looking at your as it's directly adjacent to the lobby & breakfast area. There is no walkway around the pool and it's only 1.2 meters deeps. #3 - endless signs with endless rules. They have so many posters with rules it's super annoying and clearly ineffective. A few examples, don't throw toilet paper in the toilet, instead put it in a plastic bag and into the garbage. Don't bring durian into the room. Don't smoke. Don't get into the pool if you have exposed legions. Don't climb the wall next to the pool. They even have 3 rules on the show glass telling you not to bang it with a hammer. They make you go to the front desk if you want ear swaps, toothbrush, show cap, etc. Signs with rules upon signs with rules. #4 - useless coffee machine that only gives 2oz of coffee instead of just making real coffee and having it available

Great location and amenities!
I really enjoyed my stay at Sleep Mai! It had all of the amenities I was looking for as a solo traveler on an extended stay. Free breakfast buffet, pool, fridge and safe in the room, clean and in a great location. They also left two new bottled waters in the fridge every day after cleaning the room, which I very much appreciated! The hotel is a short walk from Thapae Gate so you have easy access to the Old City and Sunday Night Market but can escape the crowds and noise at the end of the day since the hotel is on a quiet side street. The staff was very friendly and helpful and booked transportation for me during my stay and sent my laundry out for me (a little overpriced but I didn’t mind because of how convenient it was). I would recommend Sleep Mai to anyone looking for an affordable yet comfortable stay in Chiang Mai!

Overall we were happy with our stay at Sleep Mai Hotel. It's centrally located, the staff were really helful. We liked the Laundry service they offered. Breakfast can have more selection but overall it's ok (coffee is good and is offered throughout the day until 5pm.

The only negative have to say is that my room was very hot. Management did offer to move us to another room in which we declined. However, the issue was not addressed the next day by maintenance so we endured another hot day. Otherwise this is a new hotel and the water was hot. The hotel is still n the side street however I felt very safe while there.
