분위기가 반은 먹고 들어가는 호텔입니당 태국식의 목조건물에 주변에 나무가 많아서 진짜 빌리지 느낌 나는데 다만 수영장이 작고 생각보다 룸은 좀 낡긴했지만 고풍스러움으로 휘뚜루마뚜루 버무리할정도에여 그리고 밤에 막 전등 켜져있고 분위기 대박좋은데 모기땜에 ㅠㅜ 오래는 못나와있는점 ㅠㅜ 근데 쫌 골목 안에있어서 택시기사들이 찾는데 좀 헤매기는 했어용 그래도 타패게이트랑 가까워요 조식은 추가해야 하구용 저는 조식 원래 잘안먹어서 별로 상관없었는데 조식 중요시하시면 그닥 추천은 안해드려욥

다시 이용하고 싶은 빌리지입니다.
혼자나 친구랑 갔으면 게스트하우스가 더 잼있을수 있는데 , 이번에 엄마랑 여행하기에 좀 좋은데를 찾고 있었어요 . 일반 호텔 예약할까 하다가 ,좀 더 치앙마이스러운 곳을 찾다가 여기를 우연히 찾게 됬어요 .위치도 적당하구요 .공항에서도 멀지 안아요 . 빌리지가 너무 분위기 좋고 예뻐요 . 1월19일 부터 3박 예약했는데 ,아침 저녁으로 기온이 많이 떨어져서 풀장은 이용하는 사람들이 없더라구요 . 가끔 ,점심시간에 썬텐하는 사람들이 있었어요. 풀장에 못 들어가서 좀 아쉽긴 했지만 ...그래도 다시 오고 싶은 곳입니다~~

올드시티걸어서 10분 나이트바자 걸어서 10분이구요 공항까지 송영은 호텔보유차량으로 250바트 전반적인 시설은 깨끗하고 수영장 수질도 잘 관리되고 있엇습니다. 프론트직원도 영어 잘하고 이해하기 쉽게 말해주더라구요. 다만 욕실 배쓰에 물이 받아지지 않았고(말했음 조치취해줬겟지만 요청하지 않았음 방바꾸는게 훨씬 귀찮으니까요 ㅜㅡㅜ) 일회용품이 빈약했어요...면도기 없음. 그래도 담에가면 재숙박할것 같네요

A lovely luxury hotel outside the city walls
Immaculate room and hotel. Bed was very firm! Breakfast was mediocre. Mosquito net was only provided after 2 nights into our stay, randomly. Staff were helpful and had excellent English. Nice relaxing pool area. Great location as not in the hotter centre of town but easily walkable.

No es un gran resort pero tiene su encanto. Está entre unos callejones pero se sale rápido. Está relativamente cerca de los mercados. Y sino con tuk tuk puedes ir por pocos baths. El desayuno un poco justo, se hecha en falta algún dulce.

We stayed during a lull time with all the COVID travel changes. Basically had the place to ourselves. Very pleasant and helpful staff, nice location tucked away from the main round, and beautiful setting. Loved this spot. Would recommend. Close to shops and great food. Only downside would be the beds are a little hard.

AWESOME !!!
Unbelievable hidden gem in downtown yet close to everything you may want. Food, shopping, night market.Hop on a Tuk Tuk or Taxi and go anywhere from here, front or back. Room quaint, quiet, comfortable, classic, and beautifully located in the complex with outside seating on one of two private balconies front and back. Deep soaking tub and 360 degree moving wall to provide tv toward living area or bedroom area. Small bar at pool where you can order delicious food from a modest menu to eat there or delivery to room. This is truly comparable to many US hotels at a much less cost. Enjoy....Room # 121. Also had a birthday cake waiting for me and song from staff when we returned from our day trips on my birthday.....WOW. Information apparently from my I.D. upon check- in? 5 star in my book! Can't wait to return. I was spoiled and will now stay nowhere else. Philip from USA, California.

Great stay
They were so nice and the property so peaceful. They even surprised me on my birthday, by getting a cake with my name on it and singing happy birthday to me!!!! I had that level of thought from a hotel. I would definitely recommend them.

Staffs very unhelpful and cold.
The staffs very arrogant and not helpful, except for one old lady who manages tge breakfast was very kind and friendly. Staffs needs to be trained for customer service and friendliness. Room floor is very slippery, almost fell many time as with humidity, its even more slippery. Will not go back to the same hotel, sorry for giving direct and honest opinion. Quite dissapointed with Thailand this time.

Lovely small hotel
The room is big but the layout of the furniture is a little bit strange, but overall comfortable except the pillow which was too high my wife. Breakfast is great especially the fried rice and yogurt, choices are limited but good. The location is good if you want to stay near the old town and night market but want some quiet and peaceful atmosphere at night.

Au calme
Grande chambre avec décoration mixte thai/industriel. Mais petite piscine avec seulement 7 transats pour 44 chambres ! C'est difficile de pouvoir s'y détendre en fin de journée... Bien placé pour le Night Bazar et la visite de la vieille ville. J'ai trouvé l'hôtel un peu trop cher par rapport à la prestation, 95 euros la nuit chambre standard, cela en valait 50.

Hotel was very nice with peaceful atmosphere. The floors in the bathroom are dangerously slippery when wet. I had a bad fall getting out of the shower- bath and hurt my wrist badly

Manager の対応に怒りを覚えました。
４泊連続なのに、Deluxe の部屋は多くあるのに、411号室から他のDeluxe に移動を断られた。manager 曰く、(1)1,000バーツ余計に出す(2)諦める(3)キャンセルして他のホテルに行け　非常に心外でしたが、411号室で諦めまし た。

411号室はやめたほうがいい。 部屋のバスタブはあるにはあるが、四角いタイル風呂で、お湯の溜まりも悪い。入り口に近く、プライバシーがないので、カーテンは閉めっぱなし。部屋の変更を申し入れたが、頑として聞かない強気の客対応にはうんざり。

こぢんまりしていて静かで落ち着けました。 お食事もおいしかったし、次回も考慮に入れたいホテルです。 難点をあげるとしたら、シャワーヘッドがつまっていてお湯が一定の方向でなかったこととフロントでいただいた地図がまちがっていて歩きに歩いた街歩きになったことです（タイの地図の間違いはよくあることらしいです）。ですが、水量は髪を洗っても問題なかったのでこまることにはならなかったです。

Quiet little oasis in the city
Banthai Village was wonderful! A quiet little oasis that makes you forget you're the middle of a city. The rooms are beautiful with great AC. Bed was hard, but a nice change from a soft bed if you can handle it. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I've never seen such quick and sneaky housecleaners! There's a concierge that will help book any activities (which are plentiful in Chiang Mai). We were able to walk most places (not too far from Old City), but there are plenty of Tuk Tuks close by if you'd rather a ride. We loved our nightly dip in the pool, and the poolside bar wasn't bad either! Daily breakfast was great. We had to leave early our last day, and they packed up a breakfast box for us (and arranged a ride to the airport). Would highly recommend!

Lovely hotel in good location
A beautiful hotel in a great location. You can get to the old city, the night bazaar and warorot market quickly and easily. Hotel food and drinks expensive but you have better choice a short walk away. A very compact hotel but a great base for exploring the local area. Beds really comfy and a very large family room. Unusual glass bathroom though! Not very private 😂

Très bel hôtel et surtout très bien situé proche de la vieille ville et du night bazar. La chambre est confortable et propre. Nous avons en revanche ressenti une certaine rigueur avec l'ensemble des règles annoncées à notre arrivée. L'accueil pourrait gagner en légèreté..

Hidden Gem
Lovely quaint hotel in a fantasric location. This was our 2nd time staying here and we really love it. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly and breakfast is good.
