박물관이나 사원 탐방을 좋아하는 사람이라면 적극 추천합니다. 택시 없이도 3~10분만 걸으면 웬만한 구경은 다 할 수 있습니다. 식당가와 바, 마사지샵이 가까이 있어서 편하게 쉴 수 있었습니다.

Stayed in a family suite. It was great for our needs and easily accessible to all the amenities in the area. The Sunday night market was right outside and an easy walk to Chinatown. The staff was amazing.

A great hotel in the heart of Chiang Mai
This is a great hotel in the heart of Chiang Mai, just 5 minutes walk from the magnificent Wat Chedi Luang Temple complex. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. It is very quiet at night and yet there are lots of restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The swimming pool was great, our room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately the walls were very thin and we could hear every noise from the outside (during our stay the hotel was besieged by a group of rude tourists who made noise all night long and none of the staff ever said or did anything). The breakfast was a “fake” breakfast: only coffee and bread with marmelade, a couple of fruits and eggs were available for us.

Good location, a little out dated but it’s a solid little hotels staff very friendly and helpful. No breakfast but lots of local food right out side. Hotel an property it’s self is neat and tidy. It’s right in the middle on the walking street market so be prepared for a very busy Sunday but that’s the highlight of the day.

I loved my stay here. Great location and friendly, helpful staff. I loved the swimming pool too. The room was big and spacious and I was given water every day. A great stay 😁

The location is AMAZING and perfect to walk anywhere around town. Estia Chiang Mai Boutique Hotel was so lovely and our room was very unique, clean, and had comfortable amenities. Highly recommend!!!

Good place to stay
This hotel is comfortable and centrally located. The beds are soft. It was clean and pleasant. The breakfast was minimal but adequate of toast and cereal and of course coffee or tea.

Hotel location was excellent right in the center of old city and everything was walking distance. They had free water bottles at the front desk for us at all times. Room was comfortable and clean. We were also able to book our taxi to the airport with the hotel which was convenient. Overall would recommend this hotel for a budget friendly and convenient experience!

convenience over quality
Pleasant staff, great location for the weekend markets. Surprising offer of driver (one of the concierges) to the airport at a small cost, less than getting a taxi. Breakfast service was non existent. f We had booked a twin suite on wotif but when we arrived at 10pm we were given a single queen room. Upon complaining they gave us a foldout bed which had no linen. Sharing the bed was not an option for us due to one having the flu and the other not wanting to catch it. The night staff were unable to locate extra linen for the foldout cot. The next morning they were able to accommodate us in the room we had booked as we stood over them at reception as other guests were checked out and asked for their room. This issue with room booking seems to be a known issue for them. The amenities around the pool were disappointing as all the seats and tables were dirty from being outdoors and unattended. Worse was the decking around the pool, One of the boards broke as I was leaving the pool and I fell through the decking, thankfully not hurting myself seriously but when I reported it to staff there was little reaction other than offering me some tylenol and putting a chair over the broken chipboard. I saw no evidence of anything had been done about fixing it before the end of my stay.

Quite good
The hotel is unique and pretty. The room is quite good. But the service cannot meet up my expectation. The location is in the centre of Old City so it is very convenient to go many tourist spots.

No hot water and could use some TLC
With so many choices for places to stay I would not revisit the Estia. Though it has a great location and bed, we had no hot water to take a shower. The staff was rude and completely detached, no ambiance or character. Though it does have a little pool, the lounge chairs were in disrepair -filthy, torn cushions and broken wood frames.

酒店潔淨，有泳池，地理位置方便，因我們凌晨就要CHECK-OUT，酒店職員都能幫我們預約TAXI(只是比較貴)。但有一位常皺眉的職員不太幫手，我們來第一天的時候，的士司機沒零錢找給我們，司機向皺眉的職員求助，職員看都沒看酒店有沒有零錢就拒絕了司機的要求，累我們白白沒了40THB。房間完全沒有隔音，走廊上有人行走或是說一句話都聽得很清楚，連隔壁房間說話聲也聽到，早上清潔的職員很早就大大聲在說話，很早就被吵醒。

覺得一般般, 但地點方便..... 酒店職員態度一般, 去機場時在酒店叫車, 原本和職員說明8大3細, 他說好2架車各300珠一架, 但走時來了3架車, 最後只好用2架細車載11人走, 我覺得酒店按排好有問題, 如果出面其他車行300珠一格價錢應該是2兩架10人座大車的格價.....

Nice for a short stay!
Friendly staff and good hotel for seeing the local sites. Cons - WiFi rarely worked and laundry at hotel was 80B/kilo (wash and fold) while laundry up the road was 30B/kilo.

Excellent location in Chaing Mai Old Town especially if your staying on a Sunday night when the street market is on. It is literally 75m away Good number of restaurants and cafes also only 75/100m away.

Very comfortable, central location
65 year old couple touring Thailand for 2 months and found this hotel, although a little dated, to be very comfortable and clean. We originally booked for 3 nights but stayed for 9 nights. Enjoyed very much, lots to see and do. Staff were amazing, absolutely nothing was too much trouble, especially Hmee who helped in so many ways. Pool was a great bonus as temperatures were over 40 degrees. Would highly recommend this hotel. Nothing flash but great value for money.

The area around the hotel is great for culture and getting away from the busy parts of the city. The pool is a little small but does the job. There are a few mosquitos and smokers around however it's tolerable. Overall a reasonable stay.

Interestinfpg sound effects, children playing and singing across the alley at the school, monks chanting, roosters crowing every morning. In the evening the sound of a local band churning out hits from ions ago in English.. A it too loud and a bit too long. Convenient location in the ancient city and has a pool.

Great location! But slightly run down/dirty rooms
This hotel is in a fantastic location right in the middle of old Chiang Mai - great for walking around the city & any excursion pickups you may have. However, the Hotels.com photos were pretty deceptive - the hotel is certainly a lot more run down that it appears in the photos. They changed our sheets daily, and each time there were very visibly dirty (same with the towels). Hotel staff was nice & helpful and overall we had a good stay - just not as nice as we had expected.
