โAbsolute gem of a hotel, and decently priced.
Upsides:
-amazing location (right on Venice beach)
-clean room and halls
-good curtains for my fellow late sleepers
-very helpful staff (they actually have an overnight desk person, which is more than I can say for many other hotels in the area)
Downsides:
-they do charge $55 for valet, so if you bring a car, be ready for that.
-the roof is a little underwhelming, as it lacks an Oceanside view. โ

โLocation was perfect and the reason we chose this hotel, easy walk to the pier and beach. Hotel was nice and clean. My only complaint would be the pretty high parking fee after booking a room that wasn't cheap, but we knew about it before booking so what can i say. The resort fee comes with a few perks that if you actually used them you could get some value out of them but we didnt end up taking advantage of any. All in all it was a good stay and the area was nice.โ
"I looked forward to the reviews and went, but I felt cheated. Incredible sound insulation and facilities for a hotel. Everything was old. I had no choice but to sleep in a room, but I'm afraid I'll never visit again. I asked for $60 for a paid parking fee and there are many homeless people around me, so it's dangerous. Don't be fooled by the reviews."
