편안한 여행
작년에 우연히 묵게되면서 위치적으로도 그렇고 편안한침구가 마음에 들었습니다. 도심 한 가운데라 교통소음은 있는 편이나 모든 거리상 관광지가 가깝고,안전한 곳이라 편안한 가족여행이였습니다. 다만 오래된 건물이라 시설이 낡고 엘레베이터는 느려서 조금 인내심이 필요합니다. 직원들 응대는 친절하고 불편함이 없었습니다.

가성비 좋은 호텔이지만, 점점 실망..
위치나 편안함이 너무 좋은 곳이라 3년 연속 가게 되었지만...9시 이전에 전화로 청소해 달라고 말하지 않으면 청소를 해주지 않는다. 코로나 때문에 정책이 바뀌었다고 하는데, 작년에는 코로나 훨씬 심했지만 매일 청소해줬고, 체크인 할 때 그런 얘기 전혀 없었다. 로비에서 문열어주는 직원은 책만 보고 있고, 서비스가 확실히 5성급에 비해서는 떨어지는 것 같다. 아침에 무료 커피 들고 나갈 수 있게 로비에 준비해 놓은 것은 좋았다. 위치는 말할 것도 없이 좋고..그래서 내년에도 간다면 이곳에 머물 생각이지만 이번엔 많이 아쉬웠다.

도심안이라 식당.쇼핑.관광 다 용이하고 좋았습니다만 역시 도심안이고 중심지주변이라 밤에 차량소음으로 숙면에는 방해가 됩니다.시설은 깨끗하고 청결했으며 샤워기 수압도 만족입니다.침구도 편해서 안락했습니다

Was expecting for a 4 star rated hotel. Furnishings were nice, but looked/felt basic. TV reception in the bedroom was patchy, with some channels not working that were in the lounge. Overall its a nice place, the art instalations were v cool.

We had a very good stay with 21C! Although there were a couple of hiccups with check-in -- the room was missing washcloths and TP when we arrived -- that was fixed promptly when we called the front desk. For the rest of the stay, we had no issues whatsoever. The staff was friendly, the room was cleaned well each day during our stay, the art gallery in the lobby was a unique touch, and the beds were very comfy. The property is located in a safe/walkable area which was super important to us and was surprisingly quiet. I took a star off the property condition. I think the hallways could use better lighting and decor, and the elevator was small and would sometimes make some questionable noises. I would stay again!

21C Museum Hotel is conveniently located just off the Magnificent Mile and is beautifully decorated with original artwork and decorative penguins in bright colors. The restaurant is expensive but the food & bar are excellent. The room we had was spacious and comfortable with all needed amenities. Great hotel!

I love 21C, but found the hallways dark and dreary here and the room service overly complicated. I was also puzzled and put off by the “resort fee.” This isn’t a resort. I wish hotels would be honest about their room rate up front.

Have always loved the museum aspect of 21c's. Everyone was extremely welcoming and professional. Shout out to Jose for his positivity to kick-start each morning into gear. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Property is in a great location, close to Michigan Ave shops. Concept is very cool but hotel especially rooms are run down and need updating. TV in my room did not work.

The 21c was in a very convenient location, the staff with very friendly and helpful. We had a room-darkening shade that did not work properly and this was the only concern. It was not repaired over the few days we were there.

Property was in the heart of Magnificent Mile so everything was pretty easy. $75/day for valet parking is ridiculous though.
