This stay was a disappointment. The pictures look good online. Upon walking in the lobby it was clean and updated. There is a room off to the side with slot machines. However, that’s where the good stopped. The first room I had on the first floor smelled heavily of disinfectant. The air in the room felt really moist, even with the AC on 64. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, and I couldn’t stop itching which means there was a heavy presence of mold somewhere else in the room. I walked around the room in my socks and my socks were filthy. The internet stopped working in the room despite tech support trying to fix it. The front desk lady was nice and switched me to a room on the 2nd floor. This room was a little better, but again the air felt moist. The carpets in the hallway are filthy and could use a good carpet cleaning. There was a bug in the bed on the 2nd night, I had to walk around the room in flip flops, the remote and hair dryer was sticky. I used Clorox wipes to wipe everything down. The shower was ok, but this room also smelled heavily of disinfectant and it was giving me a headache. There was people coming and going all times of night, babies crying all the way down the hall, and people just being loud. The room lighting was dark and I had to turn on every light in the room to make it bright. I couldn’t take anymore after the 2nd night and checked out early. There was never any parking in the front and I didn’t feel comfortable parking in the back.
