Room smelled like smoke really bad. A few rooms were duct taped over the key slot with towels around the edges.

This hotel gouged me with a high rate when I got stuck overnight. But the hotel is in horrible condition. Holes in the carpet, rust all over the showers, scratches all over the place.

Perfect stay !
Très chouette hôtel, personnel très agréable, lobby et parties communes récentes et bien entretenues. La salle de sport est petite mais suffisamment bien équipée. Le seul point négatif est la distance en transports en commun du centre de Chicago, sinon tout est parfait.

Great location, plenty of parking very safe, good free breakfast, I had the suite on the fourth floor, nice view, room was very clean, good experience overall.

Very standard. Only wish there were more than the one room make up time in the morning. Breakfast was great. Lounge common area was great with ambient music. The room coffee was bad but there was coffee downstairs all the time.

Great experience at this Best Western. Clean room and nice hotel with excellent and friendly staff. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when visiting the area. Highly recommended.

Not worth the price
The rooms are not nice enough to justify that price point. The furniture is old and beat up and the bathroom was not clean enough (dirty corners where floor meets wall, chipped tiles). Very friendly staff.

The hotel was fine, the floor was badly stained. The people in the room next to us was very loud during sleeping hours. Inconsiderate.
