Nice location, great room, great water pressure and very cold AC! Room was quiet and well maintained, extra comfortable beds with very nice, full pillows! Water fountains with bottle filling stations conveniently located in lobby. Pool, pool area, and rooftop area was nice. For the price, I would have liked complementary breakfast and even a discount at the attached restaurant for hotel guests would also have been a nice benefit. Also, the juice machine could have extended hours as we returned to the hotel thirsty - it was only available in the morning.

The property is really dated and in need of renovations. The elevator is slow and often unresponsive, the carpets are dark and unappealing. The room we stayed in was overlooking the parking lot and was quite noisy; we requested to change room, but we were not offered any alternative. Room cleaning is not offered and should be reserved after a couple of days of staying. Breakfast is apparently offered at a convenient price, but requires sitting in an adjacent small restaurant and since we didn't see any breakfast buffet when we checked, we decided to skip it. The pool can be reached only from the main building and is not very big, but the adjacent terrace is definitely worth visiting, it's well kept and offers a very nice view of the surrounding area.

We stayed here for the room rate and attached parking since we drove to Chicago. This is also a great location. Our beds were comfortable. I wish they would remove the carpeting. It’s old and has a little smell. The deodorizers they use don’t help! Overall, the room was clean but don’t like that carpet in the room and hallway.

The hotel needs a major cosmetic update. While the staff was friendly and the actual room was clean. Rest of the common areas like pool was not finished with some wires hanging everywhere.
