One of the mattresses was horrible, totally needs replacing. No support caved in the middle. so instead of sleeping peacefully we had to share. Breakfast was good and staff were awesome.

Wish we had know that the motel was under construction. The crew in the parking lot with grills and a tailgating atmosphere, and coming in at midnight was annoying. They gave away my room, even though I called that morning and said I had missed my flight and would be there the next day.. Its a hotel.. no frills.. Bed was okay

If you absolutely need a cheap place to stay this will do but don’t expect anything more than that. They’re attempting to “update” but it’s very half ass. Picture if you will polishing a turd. I complained about the shower water pressure which was an absolute joke to the front desk and was told maintenance would take a look later that evening. Maintenance never came. Lamp shades had stains on them, the faucet in the sink would shoot water from the handle if turned too high, the microwave had a spin dial to time the cook, there was remanence of where the old decor use to be like holes, metal frames, and what appeared to be hung a mirror that used to be on the wall, the comforter had a yellow stain but luckily I always bring my own blanket when traveling, and lastly the new door to the room they put to the room was not able to be locked from the inside because the bolt of the door didn’t match the old hardware still in the door frame. I wasn’t expecting much from comfort suites but this had the feel of a seedy motel. First and last time I will ever stay here. Pay the little extra to get way better quality.

Hotel is ok, service is lacking
We won’t stay here again. There are lots of other hotels in the area and there are better choices. It’s a decent hotel but the service is very lacking. Good: The third floor, where our room was, had recently been renovated. The hall was bright and cheery, the room had new carpets, and floors, newly painted walls, new fixtures. The room was bright and cheery and had lots of bright light fixture and plenty of outlets and USB ports. Beds were soft and very comfortable. The floor was very quiet and we got a good night’s sleep. There was a good variety of breakfast items and the attendant was always there, working hard and keeping it very clean and she was very pleasant. Not so good: We stayed there three days. The elevator was broken the whole time, so we had to carry all out luggage up to the third floor and go up and down the stairs many times a day. The stairwell we had to use was attendant filthy. Although the floor we were on was newly renovated and bright, the hall carpet was dirty and was never vacuumed while we were there. Our room was never touched while we were there, no trash emptied, no linens changed, no toiletries replenished. We had to go out and buy soap, shampoo, etc. Oddly, the newly renovated bathroom had ZERO towel racks, we had to drape our washcloths and towels over various things so they would dry out every day (never got new towels). The tub/shower had ZERO ledges to put soap, toiletries etc., we had to put our things on the edges of the

Second time was not as nice
This was my second time staying there. This time it wasn't was great. The elevator wasn't working. My room was on the third floor. When I asked if there was an estimate on when it would be fixed, I was told that no there was no estimate and when it was fixed it would be done. The curtains were hanging off the rod. The worst part was the shower. It barley had water coming out of the shower head and it took a long time for the water to heat up.

Would visit again...
The staff was very friendly. There was a pretty good selection of food for breakfast and good tasting. The room was a good size for the 5 of us and beds were comfy. It was quiet during the night, so I was able to get a good night's sleep. Most hotels I have stayed are loud, whether it's people talking or walking around or the staff is doing laundry...but not at this hotel. Everything went smoothly!

Staff least concerned with guest needs. Front desk staff not pleasant, they just dont like anything being asked for. Would not go back!
