We won’t stay here again. There are lots of other hotels in the area and there are better choices. It’s a decent hotel but the service is very lacking.
Good: The third floor, where our room was, had recently been renovated. The hall was bright and cheery, the room had new carpets, and floors, newly painted walls, new fixtures. The room was bright and cheery and had lots of bright light fixture and plenty of outlets and USB ports. Beds were soft and very comfortable. The floor was very quiet and we got a good night’s sleep. There was a good variety of breakfast items and the attendant was always there, working hard and keeping it very clean and she was very pleasant.
Not so good: We stayed there three days. The elevator was broken the whole time, so we had to carry all out luggage up to the third floor and go up and down the stairs many times a day. The stairwell we had to use was attendant filthy. Although the floor we were on was newly renovated and bright, the hall carpet was dirty and was never vacuumed while we were there. Our room was never touched while we were there, no trash emptied, no linens changed, no toiletries replenished. We had to go out and buy soap, shampoo, etc. Oddly, the newly renovated bathroom had ZERO towel racks, we had to drape our washcloths and towels over various things so they would dry out every day (never got new towels). The tub/shower had ZERO ledges to put soap, toiletries etc., we had to put our things on the edges of the
