If you are willing to provide me with more information regarding the day and time that this incident occurred, I would greatly appreciate your assistance. With that information, I can identify the correct associate in order to report their behavior to their manager at the valet company. I also apologize that our guestroom did not accommodate your needs. If you choose to stay with us again in the future, we do have microwaves available for guest use in the 2nd floor breakfast area from 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM as well as additional microwaves accessible 24 hours a day in our lobby. Unfortunately, we don't have any guestrooms with views due to our location and the height of our building in comparison to the buildings around us. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us over all of the other hotels in the area and sincerely apologize for the less than stellar experience you had. Our Housekeeping leadership and I will be conducting a one-on-one with the team member that cleaned your room ahead of your arrival and have already shared your feedback with the team members who are here this morning. With regard to your early departure, your reservation was prepaid directly to Expedia. While we did make the adjustment to the reservation on our end and are only charging Expedia for 3 nights, we have no ability to refund you since we did not charge you. You will have to contact Expedia directly to have the 4th night refunded. They will contact us and be able to verify that we've only charged them for 3 nights and will then process your refund on their end from the payment you paid to them prior to your arrival.
