The room was very nice, however,it was dark due to being an interior room. No view. The in room Keurig coffee maker was great! Breakfast was really good with a very nice selection. We really like the turkey sausage links. Staff was friendly and helpful!

This location had a full breakfast each morning, but they seemed to run out of many of the items before the breakfast time ended. I think management needs to order more food for the staff to prepare for your customers. Dinning area was always clean and staff was very freindly.

The free breakfast was actually good! Pleasantly surprised. A slightly older hotel, but neat and clean. If you are a very light sleeper be aware the train is a blick away, so you can hear and feel the vibrations a bit. I would stay there again.

I go to this LaQuinta location every time I travel to Chicago because of the service, cleanliness, location, and amenities. My needs are met every stay and I feel comfortable and safe at this location. The included breakfast buffet is large and very accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel whenever people ask where to stay in Chicago.

We were told that there was a restaurant and bar on the 2nd floor and even gave us tickets for free drinks. We went there on the first night and found out that there was alcohol all over the bar but they were not "allowed" to serve it. Also, limited food choices, like hot pretzels. Hotels should not advertise this information and then not deliver. Bait and switch. We would have chosen another hotel.

Great location! The front desk staff was helpful during the entirety of our stay. The breakfast offered was extensive and tasty. The only downside during our stay was the unavailability of the bar the evening before we left because an employee failed to come to work.
