I stayed here for one night. It was a good place to stay. The check-in out process was easy and convenient. The staff friendly unprofessional. The room was clean everything in working order and the bed was comfortable. I did like that there were several fast food restaurants nearby

Only issues I had was the microwave wasn’t electric and there weren’t a lot of channel options. Staff was very friendly and the bed was very comfortable. It was very good for the price!

Not a hotel - it is a motel (I should have read more carefully). The rooms were musty and the shower was dirty. The area seemed very sketchy. I was happy to get out of there quickly.

It doesn't get much better with value for money. The place was clean with good quality fridge, microwave, and TV, plus a properly functioning heat and AC which for some reason is not standard across motels it seems. Compared to places in a similar price range like Motel 6s and Super 8s, this was ten times better!

Uncomfortable stay
The hallways smelled of heavy cigarette smoke though no smoking is allowed inside. The counter had an unwelcoming attitude, with bulletproof glass around it. Stayed for muliple days and room was not cleaned everyday. Might be ok for an overnight but more than 1 night would not suggest staying here.

We do have smoking rooms in our inside hallway, and we usually keep the hallway doors open so that the smoke smell does not stay. But with the cold weather other guests asked us to please close the hallway doors so that their rooms can stay warm. We do have housekeeping every day but if there is a do not disturb sign on your door they will not bother the guest also if they knock and nobody answers the door and if they attempt to go in but the door is locked from inside they will also mark the room as if the guest did not want service. Sorry for the confusion. We hope that you will give us a second chance and stay with us again in the future. Have a great day!

The Regal Inn is conveniently located in an area with multiple dining options. The staff were polite and efficient and the room was well maintained. The only problem I experienced was that I missed the driveway and had to circle the block to find it but that's more my error than anything else.
