Staff were amazing, from greetings in the morning to the cleaning staff being very helpful and accommodating. Good overall experience and would definitely book here again. Only compliant was that in my particular room, the shower looked to have been repaired as there was a crack in the sidewall that were covered in clear caulk, why not white to hide it? The shower door was also not aligned properly so it did not close all the way, damaging the mating piece.

This hotel was fantastic!! The staff and services were incredible and it is in the best location for seeing all Chicago has to offer! The staff were so friendly and helpful - answering all my questions and giving me great suggestions for where to go and what to see. The included breakfast was great - the most options I’ve ever seen at a hotel that offers complimentary breakfast. I will definitely be back!!

My stay was great! Complementary breakfast was a plus. Would stay again! I didn’t bring a car with me but parking prices were pretty steep (typical of downtown Chicago tho)

Great short stay hotel. The unlimited complimentary water bottles was very convenient. The breakfast buffet offered a variety and tasted delicious. Our room was clean and had Chicago charm. A negative was when we were there, the elevator was out of order one day. Other than that, I would definitely recommend!
