Love the location of Hotel Zaci! Easy access to the square, touring, and shopping. Hotel is very clean. Some confusion around breakfast and if they were serving or not.

Lo único a mejorar es que el personal hace bastante ruido alrededor de las habitaciones desde muy temprano y no permiten a los huéspedes descansar adecuadamente.

Gardens and pools and restaurant were nice, they tried to re-create a little piece of jungle on the edge of the city. However, based on the high price of the rooms, we expected luxury accommodations, which it is most definitely NOT. Stick and thatch bungalows provided no barrier from the noisy environment. We didn’t sleep at all because of traffic noises, barking dogs, and loud music all night long. The room are so basic, not even a comfortable chair nor drinking glasses in the room. Very minimal bathrooms. Difficult stairs to upper units. We had booked for two nights, but left after one, because we felt that we literally had been camping….NOT what we had expected. They were adamant about not giving a refund, so we will take it up with credit card company. Their room charges are ridiculous….we paid six times what we paid for any other nice hotel rooms on our trip. Would NOT recommend for older people. Also you can pay a daily fee to use the underground pools, and not have to sleep there.

Pas une bonne adresse
Hotel bien situe en plein centre. L accueil est uniquement en espagnol et la dame est expeditive et desagreable. La piscine n etait pas disponible a notre arrivee. La chasse d eau ne fonctionnait pas du tout nous avons du utlisé un seau.... Pas de petit dejeuner.

Es un hotel para dormir, la recepcionista con servicio basico y sin muchas ganas de atender, solo me dio la llave y de indicaciones para la habitacion fue al fondo segundo piso.... Encontramos la habitacion y el diseño lo llamaria colonial (anticuado) el clima simplemente se prende del switch directo, la TV sin control y las imagenes se mostraban con estatica, las luces de la habitacion son escasas al igual que los enchufes, no dieron la clave de WIFI. Nos toco el hotel lleno no tenian toallas logramos conseguir 2 mas porque eramos 3 y nos dieron en un comienzo 2 y sin tapete de baño ni toalla de mano, papel de baño uno usado y el otro adicinal La piscina con mucho quimico La cerradura solo era la cadena por dentro Estacionamiento escaso

Buena ubicación, servicio no tanto.
Servicio por parte de la recepcionista regular, algo malhumórada, la presión del agua muy baja, el chorro casi pegado a la pared, el estacionamiento lleno y te quedas en la calle. El hotel bien ubicado y las instalaciones en general bien.

El hotel es tipo colonial muy bien ubicado, puedes ir a todos lados a pie, tiene estacionamiento, el personal es muy amable y atento. El cuarto estaba limpio y el hotel en general también. En cuanto a instalaciones les hace falta mantenimiento en nuestro cuarto solo prendía un foco, no había conectores, una pared estaba manchada de humedad. El otro cuarto que usamos una de las patas de las camas estaba rota y tenían una TV super viejita.

Pro: location is good, nice open courtyard, wifi, comfortable bed, hot water was ok but not that warm. Con: rooms are dark and noisy, our toilet did not work we had to fill the garbage can with water and pour it into the bowl in order to flush it, the drain pipes in the shower really smelt awful, window open in bathroom for venting that you cannot shut.
