โConveniently placed for exploring the city on foot with free parking. We were in room 4 which had a south facing verandah which was lovely as we had good weather. The full english breakfast was excellent - done exactly as it should be. All the staff were friendly and helpful.โ
โFriendly old country pub, lovely family atmosphere, very good food. Close to delightful walks and open countryside. A future return visit is in our diary.โ
โMe and my husband loved our stay here. We were happy we found this property on such short notice. My husband wanted to get away for the weekend before starting his chemotherapy the week after and wanted to do something different and this was just perfect. He feels relaxed and ready to start his treatment. Thanks to all the staff at the nag's head pub you guys made our weekend feel special. โ
โWe only booked an overnight stay at the hotel together with a pre theatre dinner. Check in & check out was quick and easy. All the staff throughout our stay were polite & helpful. The room was a good size & packed with all the usual equipment you would need for your stay which also included a mini bar. We were very surprised when we saw the height of the bed which was unusually high but very comfortable when you managed to climb on it. Would book there again.โ
โAn amazing little cottage in beautiful surroundings. We loved being able to wander the stunning grounds, and the provided milk, cereal and eggs was a lovely touch. The cottage is perfect, clean and comfortable, and dog friendly too!โ
โVery welcoming and a cosy room in a separate part of the building - the old coach house.
Lovely to stay in such an historic building.
Continental breakfast was delicious and is included in stay.
Very convenient for Chichester Festival Theatre and City Centre. โ
โA bargain for Sunday night into Monday morning and right on the doorstep of who I was meeting. Lovely spot right by Chichester Cathedral with underground parking very near and easily accessible presuming you are OK on your legs and don't mind steps. โ
โThe Woolpack Inn excelled in a lot of areas, especially with respect to parking nearby, with good food throughout and a comfortable and quiet room/suite with good furnishings, TV, kettle, bathroom-shower facilities. The staff were very helpful and the guest breakfast area very nice and friendly. If travelling again to a nearby area I would stay again if the prices remain competitive and standards maintained. The only "fly in the ointment " was the frequent "door slamming" of fellow guests in the...
