“We knowingly booked a small room. The room itself was clean and decent enough. It was an extremely hot day so could have done with A/C or at least a better fan than that provided. The bathroom was too tiny to be practical. There was no shelf in the tiny shower and there was not enough room to bend down and pick shower gel off the floor. Overall the price was very reasonable so we were not expecting the world. Staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.”

“There was a very rude member of staff who checked me in called “SEV” she went out of her way to make sure I couldn’t check in early even though there was plenty of rooms available, She is rude and nasty !! The hotel is nice but always very busy especially at breakfast times. Parking is difficult and VERY EXPENSIVE!”
