“In Italy for 5 weeks and visited a total of 8 cities and this is one of the top two quality stays we had. Like everything about the room but could have used a couple towel "hooks" in the bathroom which I admit is a minor detail but the drying rack is mounted very high on the wall making it impossible for my 4'-11" wife to reach. Also the instructions to enter the building are rather poor and found upon arrival that we had to call management and have them tell things that were not explained in...
