“When I came into the hotel and was given my room key, the first thing I noticed was the smell of dampness in the room. The carpet had burned marks all over it and stains and in places was missing carpet and built bar floor. The wallpaper was torn off the walls. The room was filthy dirty had not been cleaned and full of dust and dirt smoked disgusting so did the toilet and shower. This is a quaint more traditional style of hotel with it seemed like only six rooms. You still get a room key attached to a fob rather than the key cards you tend to get nowadays and the flooring is a little sloped in places all adding to the charm. We had just a one night stop over but would be happy to return.”
