“The Beach Hotel is a social enterprise run by the YMCA as an apprenticeship scheme. In light of this we had quite modest expectations for our stay. But these were misplaced - the hotel is spotlessly clean, and run by professional, welcoming staff. The occasion was a large family reunion, and the restaurant served us all with a good simple dinner in an efficient and timely way. Service was excellent. “Stayed for 5 nights at an apartment. Room is cosy and warm. Friendly & helpful staffs makes the stay extra comfortable. Supermarket, restaurant, take aways and city centre are all within easy reach. Staion only 5 mins away on foot. Will stay again definitely”

“The room was of a good standard. Where the place was was perfect for me. I never saw the owner, I had a text that I can let myself in and the key was at the bedroom door. Very efficient and communication excellent. Having no breakfast was no problem as you have all facilities in, at least, 2 mins walk away. I will be returning.”
