가성비 좋은 빌라, 다만 조금 깊은 풀(1.55m)
투베드룸 빌라에 숙박을 하였으며 숙소는 조금 오래되어 보여도 잘 관리된 느낌을 받았습니다. 조식은 평범하지만 없는 것보다는 저희 가족에게는 나았고 리셉션에 문의하면 음식 배달도 도와주며, 큰길가에 바로 로컬식당들이 있어 직접 사다 먹어도 저렴하게 식사(팟타이 등 메뉴당 70바트 정도)를 해결할 수 있습니다. 차량을 렌트할 것을 추천드리며, 빌라 내 주차가 가능합니다. TESCO는 차량으로 5분정도 거리에 있으며, 8분정도 거리에 번화가 및 각종 레스토랑이 몰려있는 동네가 있습니다. 가족단위 여행객에게는 저렴하게 묵을 수 있는 풀빌라이며, 마스터룸의 야외 욕실은 이미 몰디브에서 체험한 바 있어 크게 문제 될 것이 없었습니다. 다만, 오전에는 햇빛이 바로 들어 욕실 사용이 조금 힘든 점이 있었으나, 다른 화장실이 두 개 더 있어서 큰 불편함은 없었습니다. 다만 풀의 깊이가 1.55m 로 키가 작은 여성의 경우 구명조끼나 튜브를 가지고 노시는 편이 좋습니다. Wifi 의 속도도 빠른편이며, 리셉션에 있는 직원도 항상 친철하게 응대를 해 줍니다. 전체적으로 가성비가 아주 높은 풀빌라임에 틀림 없습니다.

넓고 아름다운 풀빌라. 합리적인 가격
청소 상태 : 청결함 직원 서비스 : 여성 직원이 매우 친절했음. 아이가 다쳤을 때 상처 소독해주고 약 발라주는 등 고마운 경험을 했음. 수영장 : 물이 깨끗했어요. 150cm 깊이 주변 시설 : 방타오 해변까지 도보 30분. 편의점까지는 도보 20분. 4분 거리에 식당 있으나 일요일에 문을 닫습니다. 유일한 단점은 주변이 무슬림 마을이라 기도 시간 매우 시끄럽다는 것입니다.성직자가 확성기에 대고 기도하는 줄은 처음 알았습니다. 출장 마사지 : 가격이 마사지 숍에서 받는 것에 비해 크게 비싸지 않습니다.

괜찮은 가격의 풀빌라
방과 주방 그리고 거실이 넓습니다. 수영장은 160cm 정도로 꽤 깊습니다. 스텝은 입구의 사무실에 있습니다만 5시 정도에 퇴근하니 필요한 일은 그 전에 처리해야 합니다.

Были на вилле второй раз, в целом все замечательно, но очень просится ремонт, обновление виллы, все уже старое, обшарпанное. В бассейне отваливается кафель кусочками..что может быть просто опасно. Большое спасибо, как постоянным гостям нам оформили кровать, джакузи и преподнесли Фрукты. Работники виллы всегда улыбчивы, доброжелательны. Хотелось бы только реновации внутри и более вкусных завтраков (яичница и круассан есть невозможно)

環境不錯，價錢合理！
員工熱誠，服務用心，只是出外有點隔絕，很多時候要到最近食市或便利店，要步行十分鐘，但回來可乘坐篤篤，還可以接受。

A beautiful villa out of the city
Even though the villa is further from the city and other popular spots like Patong, it is a nice place to stay. It is a necessity to rent a car. It is located in a village surrounded with local shops and restaurants so eating out was very convenient. The locals were very nice and charming. Food was amazing and cheap. The negative sides of the villa were the choice of breakfast was limited and I guess because of communication problem we didn't get what we ordered. There were not many hooks to hang wet and used towels. Last thing was the swimming pool depth was not the depth of 1.5m as it was indicated on the wall. It was much deeper than that. It was deceiving and dangerous for children and non swimmers. It would have been better if the pool was a mix of depth to serve different level of swimmers. If not, it's a great pool. To summarize, we had a great time there.

The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood. We were greeted at the security gate where another staff led us to our spacious villa. We did not have to check in at the front counter or lobby like at a hotel or resort. The villa is like a rental apartment with a kitchenette, washer (dryer), private pool, and your own automatic gate. The place is clean but I did notice roaches, mosquitoes and other critters. It’s expected since you are surrounded by trees and more likely the outdoors. The one thing I did not like is the master bathroom which is located outside. My husband enjoyed the different atmosphere and outside scenery, but for me I didn’t want to be outside and get bitten by mosquitoes. Also, on that day it rained so the toilet was wet. In the other bathroom, there is no barrier or curtain between the toilet and the shower. Therefore, when we showered it splashed everywhere. We felt comfortable for the day until we heard noises after falling asleep. It’s loud noises that we assumed could be from an animal inside the roof...maybe a woodpecker. Then, around 5am we heard someone (I thought) was singing. My sister thought it was the local radio. When we asked the local Thai people, they said it’s the local Muslim people praying. These loud noises and prayers continued every night. If you are a heavy deep sleeper you won’t need to worry. Breakfast was delivered every morning but you have to place the order. Overall, the villa is very nice and spacious for large families.

In all fairness, the stay is money’s worth, and lots of nice surprises! The villa is nice and quiet, transportation turns out not an issue and tour arrangements better than expected! Certainly it’s an option for family gatherings!

It’s an attached home until rather than a hotel
Hassen and the Staff were very nice. I recommend bringing food and water. Stop by the store or 7-11 on the way in (yes, there is a 7-11).

Villa ligger avsides, må ha transport for å dra til resturant eller butikk ettersom dette stede ikke har noe matservering utenom frokost. villa er litt slitt, trenger en oppussing innendørs, gamle møbler, mosaikk fliser mangler i basseng etc. Stille å rolig, så leier du bil for å dra litt rundt er dette ett flott utganspunkt. Hyggelig betjening og vakthold. Vannet virket ikke siste dag, men ble ordnet så vi fikk dusjet før vi dro. Fint uteområde.

Good value villa, but with comprimises
Pro: good value and large villa. Cons: a lot of mosquitos and you really need a car or taxi. There is not a lot around. About a 15 minutes walk to the beach. It would suit a group of friends as a base. If you have kids better to pick something closer to the beach

ロケーションはとても静かで安全で安心でした。 各家にプールが有るので、他の人を気にせず入る事が出来て良かったです。(例えば、夜中でも、裸に近い格好でも) ただ、現地で地元のツアーを申し込む時に送迎のドライバーに分かりにくいのが難点でした。 ベッドメイキングは毎日してくれます。 タオルは毎日は変わりませんでしたが、言えば変えてくれました。 車があれば不自由はありません。 近くにマック、ピザ、スーパーマーケットがあります。 ガラスのコップを1つ割ってしまったら、精算時に150パーツ取られていました。 高いですね。 日本では中々味わえないプール付きの家の広さには満足でした。 ありがとうございました。

Large comfortable villas
Lovely large comfortable villas with everything you would need for a great holiday. Only a 15 minute walk to the beach and 25 minute walk to Tesco and the great night markets.

Had a fantastic week with friends at the villas. Great restaurants within walking distance (15 mins) and more with a short taxi ride away. 10 minute walk to the beach.

Beautiful place for a good relaxation If you after full privacy in your own villa this is where you should go We enjoyed the private swimming pool which was ver clean and big enough to enjoy anytime Bed room , lounge and kitchen where very clean and tidy Staff were extremely polite and helpful It's good to hire a car if you wish to stay like long there but there is taxi service near by walking distance from the villa

A relaxed / laid back stay
The villas are excellent. Spacious. The private pool is also good. The only possible improvement is in the breakfast. Also, it would be great Les Palmated can figure a way of providing free shuttle to the beaches, as the other hotels in the area do that. Apart from that, we had a beautiful stay (3 days), and really have no complaints at all.

Can be so much better
Our two-night stay was peppered with several frustrating encounters with the reservation manager and guest services officer. From excuses for last minute food and spa menu changes to higher-priced ones, to getting our orders wrong twice, and scolding the staff in front us, it put a serious dampener on the holiday. If not for the fact we had pre-paid, I would have cancelled and moved away. The villa is definitely not luxury standard. It was dusty, rusty and worn in several places. And the quality of amenities was low. The highlights of the stay would be the private pool, and the friendly and simple service of the housekeeping and cooking staff. In terms of location, you would need a tuk-tuk driver on demand, or rent a motorbike or car as the villa is located in a residential area with construction all around. It is a good 20 minute walk under the scorching sun with no shelter to the main road where some shops are located, and travel is so much more convenient and faster with bike or car. Similar for the distance to Bangtao beach.

很有渡假感覺，酒店職員十分友善
在泰國遇上小意外，但職員們都很關心我，他們十分友善，有禮貌,環境舒服，整潔，房間非常漂亮，有渡假感覺，只是浴室都熱水是有限的，不能兩個房間同時用水

プライベートプール＆広いビラで休暇を満喫できます
家族3名で3泊泊まりました。息子が高校生なので、独立したベッドルームが2つあり、キッチンやリビングも広いという部屋の広さに魅かれて泊まりましたが、期待通りでした。 プライベートプールが付いており、好きな時間にプールに入れるので、快適でした。ただ、プールの深さが1メートル50センチ以上あると思われ、小さなお子さん連れには向かないかもしれません。 300～500バーツくらいで、部屋で朝食や昼食を食べることもできるので、周りにレストランやスーパー・コンビニといった商業施設がないロケーションが気がかりでしたが、その点は問題ありませんでした。 ロケーションの点では、近くにイスラム教徒のモスクがあるため、私達がちょうどラマダンの最中に宿泊したこともあり、夜中と早朝にお祈りが始まると結構音が響きます。（私は気になりませんでしたが。） 入り口の警備はしっかりしており、安全上の問題は感じません。 ゆっくり家族やカップルだけで休みを取りたい人には、お薦めです。
