Only inconvenience was the waiting time in the morning to get into the breakfast buffet, as it seems the occupancy was beyond the capacity with only one restaurant (although food was good and service very good).”

“ This was my first time traveling abroad. Anything that i might've needed was well within walking distance. Everything was so peaceful. The hotel staff was very professional, courteous, and very patient. In my opinion, this hotel deserves more than 5 stars. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody who visits Shanghai China.

“We spent 2 nights at this lovely hotel in the family suite which was very clean, spacious and with lots of amenities including a welcome fruit plate and bellhop. The decor was exactly as seen in the photos. The staff were all very kind and despite limited English they all did what they could to assist us.
