“It was the third time I stayed at the hotel. Unfortunately the services provided are not as in the past. We chose a club room type but there was no nightly room preparation, nor the perks they offered in the room. In the spas, one sauna was not working as well as the hammam. At breakfast we didn't manage to drink coffee as we waited 45 minutes but our order never arrived. However the heated pools are the strong point of the hotel and we really enjoyed them...”

“Sehr sauberes und schönes Hotel. Allem vorweg: 5 Sterne sind ein etwas hoch angesetzt, aber definitiv ein sehr schönes Hotel. Frühstück ist nett, ein Buffet. Sehr auf britische Verhältnisse angelegt. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut, man hat eine schöne Aussicht auf's Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Vor allem wenn man einen Balkon hat, profitiert man hier sehr. “Everything was great with exception of weather last couple of days but who can control that. As a result of whether they closed the pool, probably cause it was raining and to avoid people slipping into it. Kids activities were also stopped as a result of the rain but otherwise when it was sunny it was great!
