"Very nice staff (they don’t all speak English though, but with Google translate and some basic Japanese, it was not an issue), very clean rooms and hotel, comfortable beds, lots of toiletries available, and plenty of free drinks and snacks. Very nice location too. We were also able to do laundry!"

"Beautiful hotel. The rooms are fantastic and have huge windows with nice chaise long in front. The reception is calm and decorated with beautiful bonsai trees. The sushi restaurant was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend having one meal here. And the staff couldn’t do enough for us."

In the middle of lovely Hiroshima, All you need to have in terms of various dining, shopping, cafes, transportation etc, just steps away from your room door… Comfy room despite it’s size which is OK if you utilize each given space. Lovely staff in the reception vast area :-) Thank you very much for the superb hospitality!!"
