โTHE HOTEL WAS GREAT. ALL STAFFS ARE KIND, THE FOOD AT RESTAURANTS IS DELICIOUS. ESPECILLY I LIKE LIVE MUSIC AT THE MAIN RESTAURANT AT NIGHT.
IT IS A GOOD PLACE TO GO AND RELAX IN SUMMER, BUT IT IS OKAY IN WINTER, TOO.
HOWEVER IT IS NOT LOCATED IN FRONT OF THE MAIN LAKE. IF YOU HAVE A CAR, IT IS NOT FAR FROM THE MAIN LAKE.โ
โ1. Room space was so enough for 2 adults plus 1 child
2. Balcony was so good for viewing the full of Qiandao Hu (lake) incl. sunrise & sunset, and as well as for drying the laundry, very convenient
3. Indoor/outdoor swimming pool very relaxing, also can be enjoyed the hot spring
4. Breakfast was great, the space was huge, foods were varying and delicious, incl. Chinese/Western/Hot/Cool/salt/sweet etc
5. Walkable at the night around the hotel and lake โ
โHad the worst experience booking via Expedia, did not even manage to stay at the hotel, as Expedia had linked the wrong address via google maps on their platform. This was extremely misleading for non-China tourists like myself. Something has to be done about this error on their booking website, and the refund process was extremely tedious with slow replies and them refusing to refund me saying the hotel did not permit. I called the hotel myself, who generously offered a refund, and only then...
โItโs quite hard to find a pet-friendly hotel stay in China, but this place is out of expectation. My little boy Peanut Butter had a wonderful time here, playing with the hotelโs alpacas and having a lot of fun running around. The room with a well-decor and excellent lake view is extremely clean. We will definitely keep coming back for more nights!โ
