"This place MUST be condemned…..AGAIN!! Nothing works at all. I had to drive be to my room which I’ve NEVER heard of before. The hotel shows old pictures from 10,15,30 years ago. Rooms looked great, working pool, clean. As soon as I walked into the hallway to get to my room, a damp musty smell overtook me. There was a pizza box on the floor next to some building equipment with food just laying there. I walked into my room, which was very hot and turned on the AC which struggled. I went to use the bathroom and when I broke that “cleanliness” ribbon around the toilet seat, the water was brown. I flushed it 3 times and it was still brown. I went to use to the room phone to call the front desk and the phone was broken. The TV didn’t work. The bed sheets was dirty! I went out to my truck to get more of my stuff and when I placed it on my bed, the front desk person was in my room, which startled me, to explain about the water! That was bizarre. He then left and as I was having another issue, the hotels phone number wasn’t listed on their website. As I’m looking for the number, I watched a mouse, yes A MOUSE, run across the room and go under the AC unit. I grabbed my stuff and left the room. Went to the front desk, where to find the front door locked, I banged n the window and kept buzzing the doorbell. After he opened the door I explained what I saw, demanded my money back and had to look for another hotel. Waiting for my refund now!"

"The room wasn't as expected. I signed up for 1st floor due to wheelchair and original room was 2nd floor with steps. Front desk clerk fixed as best as she could. Still had to get up 1 step but doable. The bedding and carpet were stained in numerous places. It had been "cleaned" but just no care in presentation. Stains are bothersome! Metal bed frame piece sticking out on 1 bed and could've caused injury if bumped against. Wiring for smoke detector in ceiling but it wasn't there. Hairdryer heating element exposed...fire risk, so we unplugged. Only 2 lamps in the room, very low light. Stayed in worse but this felt very run down and there was a significant lack of upkeep. Won't stay here again"

"The breakfast menu was very limited. The rooms are dated and ours smelled like an old smoking room. Didn’t appreciate the $250 per night that they charged just because there was a function in town, and it was absolutely not worth it. It was also very difficult to get to from the freeway "
