โThis property is ran/owned by a young couple.
The room and bathroom were spacious and quite nice. Very clean as well.
It looks as a place they are still working on. Specially the outer part of the house.
The hosts were very kind and nice.
I recommend them for your stay. โ
โI the mountains towering Lake Como we found a great *** Hotel to spend the night in the cooler area or northern Italy. Excellent restaurants nearby and the Villa is just what we were looking for to spend the night before traveling on to Swiss.

โA nice hotel in the mountains near lake Como. Host and personnel are very friendly and speak English. Room, dinner and breakfast are good and overall it was an enjoyable stay. Please note that the road near the lake can be tricky with small passages and tight corners. I preferred taking the road inland from and to Como as this is an overall more relaxed drive. โ
โThe USP of this property is the amazing view down to Lago di Lugano across into Switzerland. There is also the interesting story about the old funicular railway to the rear of the hotel which closed in 1977 but may be refurbished and reinstated if funds can be secured.
It is a rural location, about 20 mins walk from the nearby town of Lanzo d'Intelvi and the bus service from Como drops you about 400m from the hotel reception if you aren't driving.
Rooms were not air conditioned but you do get...

Dont know the name of the staff but, the lady at the arrival day gave my boy the present and she brought our suitcase to the room.
For the breakfast, the staff were fantastic. Although we dropped the cup and the cup was brkoen, they friendly made us relaxed.
I will take my mother and father in law and my mom in July.
