" I booked our stay at The Palace after reading the 5 * reviews. We wanted somewhere special to celebrate our 25th anniversary and our stay more than exceeded our expectations. The wonderful Giuseppe, Fernando and Raffaela could not have done anything more for us. Prior to our visit Giuseppe organised our taxis and restaurants, he was always available on WhatsApp to help in any way he could. He met us from our taxi and in two minutes we arrived at the most beautiful building steeped in history. They have renovated it to a very high standard and you can feel the love that has gone in to it: their father's dream. We stayed in the suite with the jacuzzi which meant we had the use of the patio and sun beds just outside our room. We spent more time at this hotel than any other we've stayed at due to the terrace, morning and evening we relaxed taking in the amazing views. Breakfast was delicious, mamma taking care to provide a great choice, the omelette, crispy bacon & her homemade cakes were especially delicious. Fernando was always so happy, the little chats we had with him over breakfast really added to our stay. Gallipoli has lots of amazing restaurants & bars, the beach is lovely, but never before have we felt so welcomed into a hotel/home, I felt very emotional on our last day, we have already decided to return when we can. Thank you all for the magical memories."

"We had a great stay. We had an issue with our room the first night but the hotel found an alternative and offered us dinner to compensate. The hotel is lovely, well kept and the pool area, whilst small, is a real find. The services are limited at the hotel, but you can order drinks which are collected from the sister property just up the road. After our stay I realised I’d left my AirPods which the hotel located and sent back to me, which I was very appreciative of. I’d not hesitate to stay here again in Gallipoli. "

"Amazing hotel in Old Gallipoli town. Excellent service and clean, stylish rooms. Parking is available outside the Old Town, however, during the ultra peak August season you may need to park 15-20 minutes walk away."

"What a gem of a find, it started with the excellent & timely communication from the hotel staff. The staff are amazing, so happy, friendly and welcoming Upon arrival we were greeted in the street and walked into the hotel, by a very friendly staff member. We then discovered a very clean, very Italian styled, lots of cool marble, and cactus, a beautiful hotel. Rooms are cool with aircon. As celebrating our first wedding anniversary they had thoughtfully decorated our room, with a personalised message, balloons, rose petals, a beautiful fresh bouquet and bottle of fizz in an ice bucket. Beds were very comfy, and the quiet location gave a good nights sleep. Shower and bathroom are clean and bright. breakfast was fresh and plentiful. A huge array offered. What a great stay would happily stay here again-thank you"
