"I can't say enough good things about this hotel! Everything was perfect - the location, decor, room comfort, the friendly staff, and the breakfast was outstanding! The roof top terrace was a nice place to relax, and has a small pool. Their sister hotel has a bigger pool area a short distance away, which you can also use. Highly recommended👌"

"We visited in the middle of a heatwave so the rooftop pool was a godsend. The public spaces and design decor make the hotel something special; loved some of the photographs. We stayed for 2 nights and had a superior room but if we had stayed any longer the size was was probably too small. As we had a roof terrace we were opening our cases outside. No onsite restaurant although there is work ongoing to add one I believe - there is an app to order things from their sister hotel but it was not functioning very well on our visit. No parking available in the historic area so you have to park in the main town (the closest carpark on the quays is almost always full) but they have a golfcart to shuttle you to and from."

"We spent the most incredible 6 nights at the Palazzo. The property was spectacular and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The hospitality team was always available to provide recommendations and to answer any questions both in-person and via WhatsApp. The beach, the main piazza and various restaurants were all just a few steps away. The photos truly do not do the Palazzo justice. We look forward to returning again soon and are very grateful for the help and guidance of Valentina, Barbara and especially Oscar! Grazie."
