โI booked the hotel because it was close to where I wanted to be. I was surprised positively because there is little information about this hotel from local sources. That may be the reason why there were very few guests. The room I was given was not only spacious with beautiful view of the city on the side of stadium, but also was very clean and very quite. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The manager was responsive to requests I made. The house keeping staff responded in minutes...
โVery friendly and efficient staff. Stunning view overlooking Lake Tana and availability of boat trips. Comfortable and clean accommodation. Only downside was that they visit to the Blue Nile and waterfall wasn't possible due to external influences. โ
โVery nice and clean room. There were also mosquito net. Room service was very nice and polite. On breakfast there where a lot of different european and ethiopian food. I can recommend this hotel to everyone :)โ
โThe lodge is in a beautiful setting, the rooms were clean and with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The staff are friendly and helpful. The local area is not particularly good, but a short tuk-tuk ride will take you into central Bahir Dar.โ
