“The property was great We would stay again but more than one night next time”

“Mold in the shower, pillow was that thin i thought there was no pillow in the pillow case, dishes were not clean, one of the blankets smelt like vomit. Very poor for the price”

“First of all picture represented on the Internet was not the room that I got. In saying that I was very happy with the room, as it was a lovely room. The room had no Internet connection which was not displayed prior to purchase. That cost me a lot of money purchasing my own data which made the cost of my stay much more than a normal accommodation would have cost. After speaking to the manager Kate, she tried to tell me that Internet was complimentary and that in two weeks that would be fixed....

“Pool was good & the balcony was nice to sit out at night, one Staff member in particular was quite difficult to understand The bathroom had this terrible smell coming out of the floor drain, we had to put a towel over it so we couldn't smell it. The corner spa bath is very 80's & most difficult to get into it, there wasn't much room to get in the shower situated in the spa bath, water leaked all over the floor, made it very slipery, shower not cleaned very well”

“Beautiful spot, accommodation good. Felt a little unwelcome because even the handwashing and detergents had Baybliss written all over them, as if we might steal them. Never had this anywhere we have stayed before. Having said that, owners were lovely and it is a beautiful place to stay.”
