“This Villa was super nice and Clean, the host Juan was always available for anything we needed. The beach and pool are walking distance and a very secure area, also everything is close by. I recommend this Villa to everyone.”

“The sealant under the shower door was coming off, causing water to leak out. pull out couch was broken and due to it being broken I did not lift it to look for the remote that was stuck underneath. Came back one day and the door was wide open. Horrible communication. Uber and door dash could never find us. Not happy with my stay at ALL”

“For a quick trip the property is ideal for its location. The artwork throughout made the place. During our stay we did not have “hot” water, it was slightly warm at best but we didn’t mind since the temps were in high 80s. My only concern was the high humidity in the unit even with the AC on but again it wasn’t a problem since we spent a lot of time out and about. These lil things were not enough concern to bring to management. Bedroom bathroom is a bit tight so I’m happy the 1st level bathroom...

“Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. ”
