“The place was good for a day or 2 but not for more then that only because we stayed 6 days and we were denied change of clean towels and bed sheets told it wasn’t allowed that it’s per the whole trip, we even had to buy our own toilet paper at one point and garbage bags because we were only given 3 we were a group of 6 people. Pool was nice and the area was clean. We also didn’t have a broom, mop to clean. It’s nice for a max of 3 days.”

We were woken up to construction on the house without being notified hours of banging drilling No rest and I had a new born and toddler No fun!!!! I would have booked else where. “My boyfriend and I needed a room for a 1 night stay in old San Juan. Navona studios is in a super convenient location and a great price for a simple room. Check-in was easy even though there was no front desk. They sent over very detailed instructions so the process went smoothly. The room itself is small but clean and has all you need. I also appreciated the level of security to get to our room. There were a couple locked doors before even getting to our room. The Navona jewelry store next...

“Very disappointed with this hotel. The whole place smells very bad, AC didn’t work in the bedroom, no good amenities. Not even water offered. All around a very Unfriendly experience. Oh and if you are renting a car, one staff member said it was 40 dollars to park there per night, and another member said it was 25. ”
