We had a few issues with our room and ended up having to move twice during our stay. However, the staff was incredibly helpful, understanding, and kind throughout the entire process, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Overall, we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful, and the excellent customer service really stood out. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Very difficult for people in a wheelchair. For the main gate you need to go to the panel in the wall, next to the gate (not remote). Poor ramp for rooms area (blocked for a car) no handicap parkings and step for the room. Too little and without shower chair in the bathroom. Not recommended for people with disabilities. But very nice cleaning staff.
