“Ontzettend teleurstellend. Op het eerste gezicht lijkt alles mooi en luxe, maar zodra we onze hotelkamer binnenkwamen, bleek de werkelijkheid totaal anders te zijn. Er was veel kapot in de kamer: het gordijn hing los, de ophanghaakjes waren kapot, de toiletrolhouder zat los en de algemene staat van de kamer was slecht onderhouden. “It was awesome accommodation with perfect service. I got really detailed touristic information during the check-in and there was a list of recommendable restaurants around the place. (of course, the listed pizzeria was fantastic) It also has a 24 hours operating private garage just across the street, so don't have to worry about the parking at the center of Palermo.”

We had such a warm welcome, as we arrived straight off the overnight train from Naples & they offered us coffee & breakfast. Also we were given our room early as it was available. “방은 촌스러웠지만, 수영장이 시설이 마음에 들어 대만족! 바다 수영도 할 수 있고 수영장 풀은3개가 있습니다. 바다에서 할 수 있는 엑티비티도 신청해서 할 수 있어요. 짐도 이용했는데, 쓸만은 하다는 느낌이었어요. 그래도 수건이 비치가 잘 되어 있어 좋았네요. 그외에 서비스도 잘 갖춰져 있지만 딱히 고급스러운 느낌은 없어요. 명료한데 뭔가 친절하고 프렌들리한 느낌은 없달까요? 저흰 귀찮아서 하루는 디너를 여기서 했는데, 차타고 팔렘가서 먹을 껄 후회 했습니다. 조식은 공짜라면 먹지만 돈주고는 먹지 마세요. 38유로 주고 먹으면 눈물 쏟으실 듯. “Le petit déjeuner était varié et copieux. Les chambres sont calmes. Le parking est pratique mais l’accessibilité est un peu difficile. Le personnel est adorable. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. C’est vraiment un plus pour l’hébergement qui est bien situé dans Palerme. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse. ”

“Don’t be fooled by the old industrial entrance door disguising this peaceful minimalist design hotel. My friend and I spent 3 nights and this stay in Palermo was the highlight of our 9 day Sicily trip. The staff made us feel so welcome at every encounter, making dinner reservations, highlighting spots in the City and being so accommodating. Lovely peaceful rooms and a huge roof deck where breakfast is served. Highly recommend!!!!! We’ll be back. ”

“Fantastic rooms with balconies overlooking the main street in Palermo. The room and facilites were very clean, coffee, tea and pastries offered complimentry in a communal area. If driving into the city a permit is required for the ZTL Zone, this was arranged free of charge by the hotel. Street parking in blue bays only €1 per hour, free 8pm - 8am and free 2pm - 4pm if a parking spot is available, we got lucky and parked directly below the property for 3 days. “The room was very small and dark (not enough light to read or use the bathroom mirror), even though we booked a 'deluxe' room. There was no chair in the room, the safe and fridge cupboards had no handles, so you had to pull at the bottom of them to open them, and only one glass in the bathroom, so we couldn't take advantage of the mini bar on arrival.
